Private Photographs will be considered as those that have your property covering at least 35% of the image area and is undoubtedly the sole focus of the image.

Property such as Houses and Cars will be considered within the context of the whole image, portraits will be solely private.

You will be able to enquire about the image using the code on the business card left with you, and only you will be able to purchase these images. Should I consider any Private Image to have commercial value I will ask you for permission to publish it before it is made available to the public. You may also purchase full copy and publishing 'rights' to the image after discussion.
